3.7.1 What does the checkbox "Company-wide filter" mean?

If a filter is supposed to be available for everyone in the user profile, select the checkbox “Company-wide filter”. If the filter is only meant for the user, the checkbox can be left empty. Additionally, if there no intend to create a preset filter the option “Activate filter” can be used, which means that the filter won’t be saved in the preset drop down menu.
